Yes. Every piece sold by Mandalay Jade is natural, untreated Type A Burmese Jadeite. It has not been dyed or chemically treated.

If a reputable gemological laboratory determines that a piece we sold as Type A Jadeite has been dyed or chemically treated, we will provide a full refund.

Natural Jadeite occurs in many colors, including green, white, lavender, yellow, red, gray, and black. Natural inclusions, color variation, and subtle surface irregularities are part of the stone's character and are not necessarily defects.

Clean jade gently with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, and strong impacts. Remove jade jewelry during strenuous activities where it could be struck or dropped.

Yes. We provide free worldwide shipping from Thailand with tracking.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Thailand orders generally arrive in 2-5 days, most Asian destinations in 1-3 weeks, and most other international destinations in 2-4 weeks. Customs delays may occasionally extend delivery times.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges required by their country.
